What type of hair do you sell?
We offer 100% Virgin Brazilian hair. The hair is unprocessed, thick from root to ends, and can be colored, straightened, or curled. With proper care, it lasts 1–2 years
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Every service at Five Starr Hair Studio includes a luxurious shampoo and conditioning experience, so there's no need to wash your hair before you arrive. Simply come with your hair free of excessive product buildup, and we'll take care of the rest. Sit back, relax, and enjoy a pampering experience from the moment you walk through our doors.
How long does shipping take?
Processing time: 2–4 business days
Shipping time: 2–3 business days
Tracking information will be sent once your order ships.
Do I need to bring my own hair or wig?
Yes. Clients are responsible for bringing their own hair extensions or wig to their appointment. If you're unsure what hair to purchase, please contact us before booking, and we'll be happy to recommend the best hair based on your desired style.

How many bundles do I need?
- 12”–16” → 2–3 bundles
18”–22” → 3 bundles
24”+ → 4 bundles recommended
For a fuller look, we always suggest 3 bundles minimum
